Juno successfully enters Jupiter's orbit

After a five year journey from Earth, Juno the solar-powered spacecraft squeezed through a narrow band, skimming Jupiter’s surface, avoiding the worst of both its radiation belt and its dangerous dust rings.
juno
The Juno satellite, which left Earth five years ago, had to fire a rocket engine to slow its approach to the planet and get caught by its gravity. A sequence of tones transmitted from the spacecraft confirmed the braking manoeuvre had gone as planned. Receipt of the radio messages prompted wild cheering at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. "All stations on Juno co-ord, we have the tone for burn cut-off on Delta B", Juno Mission Control had announced. "Roger Juno, welcome to Jupiter".

The spacecraft's name comes from Greco-Roman mythology. The god Jupiter drew a veil of clouds around himself to hide his mischief, but his wife, the goddess Juno, was able to peer through the clouds and see Jupiter's true nature. Scientists plan to use the spacecraft to sense the planet's deep interior. They think the structure and the chemistry of its insides hold clues to how this giant world formed some four-and-a-half-billion years ago.

It fired its main engine, slowing its velocity, and allowing it to get captured into Jupiter’s hefty orbit. After it was complete, jubilant scientists fronted a press conference, and tore up a “contingency communication strategy” they said they prepared in case things went wrong. “To know we can go to bed tonight not worrying about what is going to happen tomorrow, is just amazing,” said Diane Brown, a project manager from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Scott Bolton, principle investigator of the Juno mission told his colleagues: “You’re the best team ever! We just did the hardest thing NASA has ever done”. Now the spacecraft will orbit the planet once every 53 days until October 14, when it will shift to a tighter 14-day orbit and after about 20 months of learning everything it can about Jupiter’s interior and its atmosphere, it will eventually succumb to the harsh environment and plunge into the planet’s crushing centre.

The $1.1 billion Juno will now use its sensors to explore Jupiter for clues about how our solar system was formed billions of years ago. “If we want to understand how planets form and how solar systems form, we really have to start with Jupiter”, said Steve Levin, a Juno project scientist. Juno will take a series of dives beneath Jupiter’s intense radiation belts where it will study the gas giant from as close as 2,600 miles over the planet's cloud tops. Scientists warned that the project was risky and may not succeed. Juno will be the first spacecraft to study Jupiter from such a close distance.

AdSense Page Level Ads is here to monetize your site’s mobile version

Google AdSense has introduced a new type of Ads format for publishers. The new format called Page-Level Ads is still in beta and has made available for select AdSense Publishers only. The new Ads formats allow the publisher to add two new, different kinds of Ads unit primarily targeting the mobile visitors. The new ads format will appear only when someone will visit the publisher’s website on a mobile device.
AdSense Page Level Ads
Google AdSense Support Page says, “Page-level ads are a family of ad formats that offer a new and innovative way for you to monetize your content. With Page-level ads, you place the same piece of ad code once on each page that you want to show the ads. Once you’ve added the code, AdSense will automatically show Page-level ads at optimal times when they’ll perform well for you and provide a good experience for your users.”

Page-level ads, it refers to as "AdSense's next generation ads." They're designed to help publishers make money from their mobile content. To use them, you place the same code once on each page you want to show ads on, and they'll automatically show at the right time and in the right format. Google says this will potentially increase your earnings without interfering with your users' mobile experience.

The new ad formats are anchor/overlay ads and vignettes. Anchor/overlay ads are mobile ads that stick to the edge of the user’s screen Users can easily dismiss them at any time. Vignette ads are mobile full-screen ads that appear between page loads on your site. The ads are displayed on leaving a page, rather than on arrival and users can choose to skip them at any time. Publishers can use these Ad Units along with the other 3 ads per page limit. These ads will be displayed on mobile-optimized sites only.

The first version of AdSense Anchor ads also called overlays ads, the ads are anchored to the edge of the user’s screen, but they can be dismissed. Vignette ads, like interstitials, are full-screen ads. Unlike traditional interstitial ads, though, Vignettes display when a user leaves rather than arrives on a page. These ads will only show a limited number of times per user. Ads in both formats will not count toward the three-ads-per-page limit and will only serve on mobile-optimized web pages displaying on smart phones. Google says Anchor and Vignette ads are just the first of many Page-level ad formats to come.

How to enable AdSense Page Level Ads?
  • Login to your AdSense account and click on My Ads > Page level ads.
  • You need to enable Anchor and Vignette ads by toggling the switch given there. You can have one or both of them enabled at the same time. Once you are done, scroll down to section which says, add the code for Page-level ads to your pages.
  • Unlike other AdSense ad unit, here you need to get the code and place this ad code in the tag (or at the top of the tag) of the pages where you want to show the ads. (Similar to Google Analytics code)

Datawrkz - Advertising in the time of Digital billboards

Datawrkz, India’s fastest growing advertising technology provider, has its product Vizibl, a platform aimed at making programmatic advertising accessible to agencies and brands of all sizes. Datawrkz is headquartered in Singapore with presence in India, US, Malaysia and Indonesia. The company specializes in identifying relevant audience in real time for advertisers. Its core team of analysts is skilled in sifting through data points in the tens of billions to identify opportunities to improve results for both advertisers and publishers.
Datawrkz
Founded by Senthil Govindan, CEO and Anand Prakash, COO, Datawrkz is focused on identifying specific audiences in real time through their analytics prowess. The company works with advertisers and agencies to help achieve their online advertising goals. Their latest product, Vizibl, is exclusively designed to cater to the mid-market advertiser segment. Eric Schmidt, Google Boss had famously predicted back in 2011 that the display advertising industry will grow to the $200 billion range. The industry is still in the process of scaling up, but given the growth curves we see, and the fact that digital ad spending has surpassed TV advertising in the US, his enthusiasm is grounded in realism. To give you a sense of how large the display advertising space has become, the global estimate for 2016 is expected to hit $74.4 billion. The digital market space is expected to be worth more than $100 billion by 2020.

Datawrkz started their technology initiative back in October 2014 when they were still very young, had limited management bandwidth, and had not yet grown to the current scale. They strongly felt, however, that a different approach to the Demand Side Platform market was needed. The other core belief that Datawrkz had is that geographical location makes no difference to the quality of work in the online advertising space. This had been proven emphatically since inception. They have clients who have provided repeat business to them while consistently adding to the pool of both advertisers and publishers who see them as a trusted partner.

Assisting advertisers and publishers navigate their way through the programmatic and advertising technology space was the main focus of Datawrkz. Along the way, they realized the issues of scale that smaller clients face in getting access to the tools that their larger counterparts can easily tap, which led to their products Vizibl and lvlUP. Vizibl is focused towards mid-sized agencies, brands and media buyers, while lvlUP is a monetization and yield management platform for publishers. As an example, their Demand Side Platform, Vizibl, allows agencies to access cutting edge AdTech (advertising technology) in a Pay-As-You-Go model.

Datawrkz strongly believes that there is a bottom of the pyramid in the advertising market that is underserved. They have established both service and technology lines of business to address this segment, and are very bullish about their expansion in areas that are not considered attractive by other players in the market. The focus on this segment of the market has helped Datawrkz hone tech and processes to scale across a large number of smaller clients. Datawrkz’s core team of analysts are skilled in shifting through data points in the tens of billions to identify opportunities to improve results for both advertisers and publishers.

Welcome Google Alphabet! Search Engine giant just announced a major overhaul of its corporate structure

As part of the change, the company that used to be called Google going to become a new holding company called Alphabet. Shareholders will get one Alphabet share for every Google share they previously owned. The executives in charge of Alphabet will be the same execs in charge of Google today CEO Larry Page, President Sergey Brin, Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt, CFO Ruth Porat, and chief counsel David Drummond.
google alphabet
Alphabet includes the following entities:
  1. A flagship company called Google, headed by CEO Sundar Pichai, which includes the company's core businesses. Those businesses: 'search, ads, maps, apps, YouTube and Android and the related technical infrastructure.'

  2. Other businesses, 'such as Calico, Nest, and Fiber, as well as its investing arms, such as Google Ventures and Google Capital, and incubator projects, such as Google X,' which 'will be managed separately from the Google business.'
Here's how the transition will happen:

Later this year, Google intends to implement a holding company reorganization (the 'Alphabet Merger'), which will result in Alphabet owning all of the capital stock of Google. Alphabet will initially be a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Google. Pursuant to the Alphabet Merger, a newly formed entity ('Merger Sub'), a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Alphabet and an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Google, will merge with and into Google, with Google surviving as a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Alphabet. Each share of each class of Google stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Alphabet Merger will automatically convert into an equivalent corresponding share of Alphabet stock, having the same designations, rights, powers and preferences and the qualifications, limitations and restrictions as the corresponding share of Google stock being converted.

Why the new company is called Alphabet?

Google/Alphabet CEO Larry Page says it's because Alphabet means a "collection of letters that represent language, one of humanity's most important innovations, and is the core of how we index with Google search!", but the domain name for Alphabet is abc.xyz - not alphabet.com

It looks like neither Google nor Alphabet own alphabet.com - BMW does. Alphabet is part of the BMW group and a business mobility solution with a focus on fleet management and financing. Alphabet was founded in 1997, so it's unlikely that the company will give up its long-established domain name.

How to increase Website Traffic and Google Ranking?

Every webmaster in the web has one and only major target, i.e. increasing more traffic on their website. Almost every week Google, the search engine giant tweaks their search algorithm to give better search experience to their users and to give good ranking to the sites, who actually deserves it. So, here are some tips that how you can create traffic for your site:
Website Traffic
Write Good Content

Most bloggers writes almost 1 article in 2 days just to increase the number of article on their blog. This doesn’t work for the long run. Google gives preference to a blog which has less content but each of them are quality content rather than a site have huge content but users haven’t useful any of them. If you feel that you can write three or four articles in 2 or even 3 months then so be it, but make sure it worth reading.

Write article which have Future Valuation

If you are willing to get more traffic in an exponential rate, try to write article about something which will be static for a long period. I will suggest you to write posts about things which will be as fun to read after 3 – 4 years and this will keep getting good traffic in future too.

Interact with your Users

When any user post comments on your site, it became your responsibility to answer their questions and to interact with them as you interact with your Facebook friends. Try to answer your user’s query as soon as they post them. If you keep your readers happy then they will spread the good experience with their friends and will also suggest them to visit your site.

Use Google Webmaster Tools

Google Webmaster Tools is a really awesome tool for every webmaster to make your site get indexed easily by Google. Just login to Google Webmaster, add your site, verify it and add your sitemap. That’s all you need to do. Rest will be handled by Google. It will also show you message on your webmaster dashboard if google finds any potential problem with your site.

Engage yourself in Forums

One of the best ways to gain traffic towards your site is to engage into so popular forum and blogs of your same niche. Don’t do it for getting more and more backlinks, do it for interacting with people. Suggest them to visit your site if you have something similar to offer. But make sure if anyone land on your page, it is worth visiting the page, so write good quality content. If you can’t find any blog or forum of your niche, I will always suggest you to engage with the users of Yahoo Answer, a good place to help others and to get traffic. If you know the answer, just answer the question; also if you have something similar on your site, ask the user to view it for more.

Newsletter Subscription

Newsletter Subscription is one of the most important things to get returning users. Any user subscribe for newsletter when the approach is interesting and also he/she likes the website and its content. So, they want to keep in touch with your site. Don’t neglect them. The more subscribers you have the more returning visit you are going to get and your site is going to be popular.

Share your Posts over Social Networks

Most of the bloggers and webmasters share their site and posts to Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and even in LinkedIn. But from my own experience I’ve seen that the traffic which has the highest bounce rate are the traffic came from Facebook, twitter or Google+. Why? Well in this sites people click almost anything they see shared or posted by any person they knew, not even knowing whether that page or post is for their need. So when they land on those sites or posts, they just simply close or hit the back button. If you are thinking thing what is the way out, I will say try to utilize the social site most of the webmasters neglect, i.e. StumbleUpon and Reddit, this will increase your traffic over than you imagine.

Proper Technical Standards

This part is not about how you can get more traffic, beside what you have to do (technically) to shine as a well-developed site so that search engines and your users likes you and eventually generate more traffic for your site.

Site Load Time

This is a very essential thing in today’s search engine war. Almost every major search engine takes the Page Load Time and TTFB (Time to First Byte) into the account for ranking sites on the search engine. As per Google 4 seconds is the maximum time allowed to load a page. Generally if your page takes more than 3 secs to load, most of the users are going to click on the next search result. Try to develop your site such a way that it does not cause slows down to your site and your business. Here are some tips for making your website load faster.
  • Shift your JavaScripts to the footer section of your page.
  • Use only well compressed image on your page.
  • Use only the required size of image; don’t reduce it using HTML or CSS.
  • Use GZIP compressing for your webpage.
  • Use proper browser cache control for static files.
  • Use good CDNs like MaxCDN on your site to load it faster.
  • Try to use a simple, clean and minimalist design of your site.
  • Use jQuery LazyLoad, if you have a lot of pictures in your site.
Use Mobile Responsive Design

Almost 40% of the web traffics are came from mobile and tablets. So, having a non-responsive website is like saying this user’s goodbye forever. Because these users will never going to visit your site by doing pinch zoom. That era is gone, keep that in mind.

If you read this post carefully, I can assure you that it will help you to generate a lot of potential traffic for your website. As these all tips are completely legitimate, it might take some time to show the results. But always remember the key to good traffic and popularity is good and quality content.

Pay with PayPal India - Issues and solution

When PayPal came to India to they have faced many banking related issues with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). RBI has some set of rules which they have forced on PayPal so that they cannot operate in India like the way they operate in most of the places in the world. Due to this special set of rules PayPal is unable to provide their normal service to the Indians. RBI has rejected PayPal business approval by showing that PayPal does not hold a banking license. As per RBI and banking rules in India, an authority or institution is only allowed to hold money to them if and only if they had an Indian banking license.

You have probably seen that almost merchants around the world use PayPal as their payment gateway. The reason behind this is PayPal is free of cost and many people have working PayPal account as it is around in the market for a long time. But as ‘Pay with PayPal’ is like the easiest payment method in most of the continent around the world. After a lot of requests and hassle RBI give some terms to PayPal by saying that if they want to do business in India, they have to follow these terms and these can’t be violated by any reason. The terms were:
  • PayPal can’t hold anyone’s money for more than 24 hrs.
  • No one will be able to add funds in PayPal India account.
  • All amount needs to be auto withdrawal after 24 hrs.
  • Every Indian user needs to provide PAN in their account.
  • More than $10,000 in single transaction is not allowed.
  • Inter-country payments within India are not allowed.
  • Only Debit/Credit cards allowed for paying through PayPal.
What about paying through PayPal?

After RBI has introduces 2 layer of authentication in India, most Indian debit and credit card has been restricted to use only through those websites which allow 2 layer of authentication, first layer is proper card information and CVV code and the second layer is 3D Secure Pin or Verified by Visa code, which has been generated by the card issuing authorities to cope up with the Government rules.

Now this is good for general Indian users who never even thought about doing International transactions and only make purchase within India using Indian sites like Flipkart, Snapdeal etc. These websites uses Indian payment gateway which allows 2 layer of authentication, but most of the International payment gateway be it PayPal or Google Wallet etc. allows normal 1 tire authentication system.

Now this is the place where the collision happens. If you try to purchase International goods from an International website using International payment gateway but provide Indian card which only authenticate payment when the payment gateway has 2 layer of authentication, you will almost become confused just to understand why your card is not working.

So, what’s the solution then?

In the banking race there are few banks who do allow International usage of their card, if you place a custom request to them. After you place the request, these banks remove the barrier of your card which is not allowing it to be used internationally.

Mention them that you have already sent this SMS but you didn’t get any activation conformation message. They will take your request and manually activate it.

ICICI Bank cards needs at least 4-5 days to successfully work in cross currency transaction after activation from the Bank. So wait for 4-5 days after you receive conformation that cross currency transaction has been activated on your card before trying to use it on any international sites.

Only Indian Bank EMV MasterCard World chip based debit card is working on all international sites like PayPal, Google Wallet, Skrill, Etropay, Neteller etc. This card doesn’t need any special kind of activation to use them internationally, beside it is pre international activated. As this is a PSU bank, opening new account is very low cost along with low balance maintenance. Initial account opening balance is Rs. 500/- monthly minimum balance maintenance is Rs. 250/- for savings account. While opening account they will give you a welcome kit, which contains Maestro ATM card, use it for one week and apply for EMV MasterCard World chip based debit card. You must return back your Maestro card to the branch while applying for EMV card. Maintain sufficient balance while applying for new card. It takes 10-15 days for new card to get delivered and activated. Choosing EMV Mastercard World Chip debit card might cost you Rs. 150/-extra. Hope this will help many students to avail international payment facility.

Please note Indian Bank VISA Chip Based EMV Card will not work in Play Store or any other place, only the MasterCard is working in all international sites. So, don’t take the VISA one.

Some FAQ

Here are some frequently asked questions regarding online cross currency international transaction and the cards. Hope this will help you to get your required answers easily.

3D Secure Pin is a password which you need to create to pay online through any Indian payment gateways along with those gateways which uses 2 tier authentication processes. You can easily create your 3D Secure Pin from your bank website or from the supported payment gateways when you try to purchase for the first time.

My bank is not listed above?

Well, as I said earlier, it is not humanly possible for me to check every single bank card by my own. If your bank name is not listed above that means no user (including myself) has ever tested this card out. So the best option is to try to purchase things by using your cards in Google Wallet, PayPal and other places. If it works then please let me know in the Comment section below so that I can update the above list. If your card didn’t work, then also let me know in the comment, so other users can know about it.

Wire & ACH - Transferring money online

Wire Transfer

One of the fastest ways to send money is via wire transfer. It is a direct bank to bank transaction that allows you to move money from your account directly into the account of someone else. This is because there is an agreement set up between the banks, allowing for this transfer to take place.
money online
When a wire transfer is made from one bank account to another, both account holders are verified. Additionally, the amount of money in each account is verified, so there are no charge backs associated with wire transfers. In general, a wire transfer is fast and secure. Since it is handled individually by the banks, and does not go through a clearinghouse first, a wire transfer can take place almost in real time.

Financial institutions often charge fees for receiving wire transfers as well. Because a little more effort has to be made when receiving, since the institution is contacted directly, many banks and credit unions will charge a fee to receive transfers. However, the fee to receive a transfer is often less than the fee to send a transfer.

Wire transfer also does not have to take place from bank account to bank account. Western Union and MoneyGram are companies that make use of wire transfer with its funds. When you go to a Western Union or MoneyGram provider, you can accomplish a cash wire transfer. You take the money to the approved Western Union or MoneyGram counter, pay the fee, and then the person on your end verifies it with the person on the receiving end. A Western Union or MoneyGram wire transfer can take as little as 10 minutes if everything goes well.

Automated Clearing House (ACH)

While it may seem similar to a wire transfer, a transaction accomplished with the help of an automated clearing house (ACH) is not the same thing. The banking system has used the ACH method for close to 40 years. These types of transactions can be quite convenient. They are the sorts of transactions that you make when you use online bill pay, and often when you use your debit card.

When you arrange for the electronic transfer of funds, all of the information is included in a batch, which is then sent to the clearing house. All of the transactions in the batch then handled by the clearing house, rather than as a direct bank to bank transaction. Additionally, banks receive their ACH transactions at once as well, processing those as a single transaction, in a batch. This simplifies the process, since each individual transaction does not need individual attention; it is all automated.

As a result, your money is not available as quickly as it often is with a wire transfer. The ACH process is more convenient, and less expensive, but it also takes a little bit longer. This is why you often have to make sure that bill payments are scheduled a little bit early. Additionally, when you deposit a check, the ACH system means that the funds from the writer’s bank will not be cleared until the batch is run. So you will not have access to all of your money until at least the next day in many cases (and sometimes longer). You need to account for this when making deposits and planning on automatic bill pay and other transactions. Otherwise, you might be subject to overdraft fees.

Note
If you have some time, sending money electronically through the ACH system can be a good choice. However, if the money needs to be transferred more quickly, you may have to pay the fee and get a wire transfer.

VK, Russian Facebook!

VK (originally VKontakte, Russian: ВКонтакте, literally 'in touch') is the largest Russian social network in Europe. It is available in several languages, but is especially popular among Russian-speaking users, particularly in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Unless you live in those territories, you probably never heard of it. Like other social networks, VK allows users to message each other publicly or privately, to create groups, public pages and events, share and tag images, audio and video, and to play browser-based games.
VK
As of the first quarter of 2015, VK had at least 280 million accounts. VK is ranked 22 (as of November 1, 2014) in Alexa's global Top 500 sites and is the second most visited website in Russia, after Yandex. According to eBizMBA Rank, it is the 8th most popular social networking site in the world. As of January 2015, VK had an average of 70 million daily users.

The site features 3 official languages (English, Russian and Ukrainian) as well unofficial user-generated translations into 70 more languages. Advertisements are only shown in the Russian and Ukrainian versions. If it looks startlingly familiar in design and functionality, you won’t be surprised to hear that VK is often described as a Facebook clone, with a similar concept and a comparable business model.

VK not only sports an interface highly reminiscent of Facebook, but incorporates media features that make it more like YouTube, Pandora, and MySpace rolled into one. VK is not nearly as large as Facebook in membership, but is the largest European social network with more than a 100 million active users. It has remained one of the top 50 most popular sites in the world for several years.

WhatsApp soon to have voice calling, screenshots leaked

WhatsApp is a fantastically popular way to send messages to other Smartphone users, no matter what platform they’re on – so popular, in fact, that Facebook saw fit to throw $19 billion at the company in an effort to acquire it earlier this year. And while WhatsApp may do text messaging quite well, sometimes we crave the sort of communication you only get when speaking directly to a person. Voice call support has been expected to come to the app for a while now, with early hints popping up months back, but now it looks like the pieces might finally be falling into place, as the latest Android WhatsApp release reveals just such a voice call framework.
whatsapp voice call
Now, a Netherlands based Android focused website, androidworld.nl has published alleged screenshots of a build of the WhatsApp that offers calling features. Perhaps the build is being used by testers or employees and the features will be included in the official build when it's finally announced. The alleged screenshots show what could be the future calling features of WhatsApp.

The update could still be in beta version so it's not released on the Google Play Store. There seems to be separate screens for call logs and ongoing calls and dialing a voice call. We're not sure if these images are legit but we don't doubt that there is a beta build somewhere. The only question now is when the official version would roll out. It’s difficult to verify the authenticity of the screenshots and WhatsApp has not confirmed that it's testing it via beta builds. According to WhatsApp CEO Jan Koum, the delay in rolling out voice calling feature was due to technical hurdles that developers were facing. He had said that the service had been delayed till Q1 2015, speaking at an industry conference in October.

The voice calling feature will bring WhatsApp in direct clash with apps like WeChat, Viber and Line that already allow users to make calls and send messages. It is unclear whether WhatsApp plans to offer voice calls as a premium feature. WhatsApp rivals, such as Viber, Skype and Line already offer voice calling as a free feature, so it makes sense for WhatsApp to release the new feature for free.

Google Inbox – it’s for you or more accurately, it works for you.

Google's signature email program, Gmail first hit the Web in 2004. In its earliest days, it was a godsend to everyone who battled against a daily rush of messages. But email has once again become too onerous. There's too much mail and it performs too many functions in our lives. Email is a place for correspondence, for status alerts from social networks, online stores and for transferring and storing important documents.
Google Inbox
So the Gmail team decided to rethink email. In this season, Google introduced something new. It’s called Google Inbox, a totally new take on email App from Google, with tons of powerful features. Inbox introduces a new way of thinking about organizing and dealing with your emails. You get the freedom to compartmentalize every single message, or let them all flow into a single inbox. You can control when emails show up in your inbox, letting you save social updates from the end of the day, or get all of your important work emails when they come in.

The new App completely different type of inbox, designed to focus on what really matters, which integrates social and to-do list functionality with email. Credit Inbox also relies on Google's data-mining prowess to improve these highlights. For instance, instead of showing you a message from your airline about your flight, it shows you real-time information about that flight gathered from the web. When you click on the highlight, you can always see the underlying message, but if the software does its job well, you won't have to click on the message.

Finally, Inbox functions as a to-do list. You can create tasks and reminders that appear in your inbox alongside your messages. The tasks are super smart, pulling in relevant data to make them useful. Some of these features aren't completely novel. Inbox requires a series of gestures to navigate and sort your messages, a system that feels similar to that of Mailbox. It also automatically categorizes some of your email in a way that Gmail already do. If this all sounds familiar, then Inbox is for you. Or more accurately, Inbox works for you.

Google's Inbox is an invite only App, for more details visit Google Inbox website

Ello
Ello is free to use, but Ello claims it will earn its revenue from premium services and it will launch soon. Ello's business model is as a ‘freemium’ service, where the main features will be free, but for a small amount of money users will be able to buy premium features to upgrade their accounts.

Good news for three young entrepreneurs, and graduates of IIT Guwahati are all in their twenties Ashwik Reddy, Niketh Sabbineni, Aditya Bandi with Yahoo acquiring their city-based start-up can still pull out the successful start-up stories. FireChat - Brilliant new App will keep you messaging even when there’s no Internet

FireChat is an app that lets you messaging to people within 200 feet of your location without an internet connection - but this 'Nearby' mode was previously limited to showing chats from those using the same operating system. This was because the app used Apple’s MultiPeer Connectivity Framework in iOS 7, but made use of its own mesh networking technology on Android devices.
FireChat
The company behind FireChat, Open Garden, says this was made possible through the development of a peer-to-peer mesh networking technology across iOS and Android. Open Garden CEO and Co-founder Micha Benoliel said that off-the-grid messaging between iOS and Android helps people connect even when there is no infrastructure, though the 200 feet limitation does make you wonder why you can’t simply talk directly to the person you want to reach instead.

Though there doesn’t seem to be that many situations in which people need to turn to FireChat, Open Garden says it has reached the top 10 among social networking apps in over a hundred countries - and its popularity is particularly prominent in countries that may have poor internet access or government restrictions on internet.

FireChat’s Chief Marketing Officer Christophe Daligault told that the app has seen a surge in downloads in Iraq over the early months of 2014, for comparison, FireChat’s total number of downloads all over the world number about five million now. In terms of usage, Daligault revealed that Iraq is currently ranked second after the US. This happened as the Iraqi government ordered a total internet shutdown in five of the nation’s 19 provinces and limited internet access in the rest of the country.

FireChat is currently available in English, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Russian and Spanish. In addition to instant messages, FireChat also supports photo transfers, with the company saying the app has 'no significant impact on battery consumption' and no login, no password to remember.

How much money a publisher can earn?

As I said there is no limit, some people earn around 1000$ in a month. Others earn 100$ in a month and others less than it. Even some people earn above 10000$ in a month. This is actually depends upon how efficiently a publisher can use Ads on his/her site.
Earnings
When a visitor clicks on the Ads or view Ads, publisher (website owner) is credited somewhere in between 0.01$ - 10$. A publisher will be paid in last of the next month when he completed his earning 100$ or more. That means if you have completed earning 100$ in January your check will be sent at your given address at the end of February.

If any one failed to complete earning 100$ in a month nothing to worry, it will be carried over to next month. That is if you earn 40$ in January and 60$ in February then your check will be sent at the end of March. Receiving check in US $ is open for all country. In some countries they also offer check in local currency, EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) and Western Money Transfer. In India Google offers check in Rupees. If you want to increase AdSense earnings, firstly you should increase your site traffic. After the optimization of site traffic you are applying the first Ad unit rule.

Do you know about the importance of first Ad unit in AdSense Ads? The first Ad unit shows the most paying Ads for your site. First Ad unit means which Ad unit you have placed first in your site html code. By using channels you can easily track which Ad unit is getting maximum number of clicks. If that Ad unit which you have entered first has maximum CTR (click through rate), you need not to change it. But if other Ad unit gets maximum CTR, then remove all the Ad code. Then enter the code for that Ad unit first in your site's code. That will help you to earn a lot more than to usual.
