In order to become eligible to receive payments from AdSense account, all publishers are required to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN). AdSense will send your PIN via standard mail after your account balance reaches US $10 for the first time. PIN typically arrive within 2-4 weeks, but may take longer depend on your location.

If you have not entered a PIN within 4 months, Adsense will replace the paid advertisements on your site with unpaid Public Service Ads. If you still have not entered your PIN within 6 months, your account will be disabled and your unpaid earnings will be refunded to the appropriate advertisers.

You have to fill your payee name. Google will issue AdSense checks to this name. So be sure that your name at the bank (where you have an account) and the payee name you are providing in AdSense sign up form are same. After you completing the Sign up process AdSense team will review your website and reply you via email are your site approved or not. They usually reply within a week. If you want to make any update or change you can do it after getting approval. In approval mail you will get a tutorial how to put Ads on your site. But keep in mind one person is not allowed for more than one AdSense account.
